TheO – Induction Heated Roller System that you won’t be able to do without!

Submitted by on September 22, 2010 – 8:26 pm

TheO is the most groundbreaking innovation in hair styling since GHDs.

TheO is an induction heated roller system, heating up in less than four seconds and as they heat from the inside out they are hot in the hair, not in the hand. Once they have reached the maximum temperature of 130° the rollers begin to cool quickly, giving fantastic hold, definition and shine. With different size rollers available theO gives you the freedom to create gorgeous styles that are full of body, volume and movement and all in just a matter of seconds!

And here’s how to do apply them:

Step 1:

Starting from your front hairline, take a section of your hair between your first two fingers, ensuring it matches the width of the desired roller.

Step 2:

For beautiful, long-lasting results, lightly mist the TheO Amplify Spray over the section of hair.

Step 3:

Insert the chosen roller at the base of the hair you have gathered. Now, whilst moving upwards, comb it through the length of the section. Once it reaches the tip of the section, secure the hair with your fingers, and roll downward toward the scalp, ensuring the hair is tightly wound into place.

Step 4:

When you reach the scalp, make sure the roller sits vertically – this is important as the next roller will sit directly behind it.

Step 5:

Take the section of hair that lies immediately behind the first roller, and follow the same techniques in Step 1 and 2. When you reach the scalp, the second roller should sit flush behind the first – follow this technique until you’ve covered the areas you want to add curl or body to.

Step 6:

It’s important that you allow the rollers to cool down in the hair before removing. To take them out simply reverse Step 2, slowly unravelling your hair.

Step 7:

Finally, using your fingers or a soft brush, style your hair as desired. Gorgeous!
