We are delighted to announce that we have been crowned the winner of the prestigous and much coveted Redken NYC Hair Awards for the fourth year in a row. For 2011 we have won the Colour Genius category for our entry based on Redken’s theme of Shapes & Shadows.

Aesthetics solihull through to finals of the Oscars of the hairdressing industry.

Aesthetics has been crowned the regional winners of not one, but two Redken NYC Hair Awards.
Andy represented Aesthetics in the Style Innovator category, while Lauren represented us in the Color Genius category. Both Andy and Lauren can be seen collecting their award with pride below. Congratulations to them both.

As you know Aesthetics were finalists for Midlands Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards 2010.
We went down to London to the gorgeous Grosvenor House Hotel on Monday evening for the ceremony and sat on the edge of our seats in anticipation waiting for the winners to be announced.  Unfortunately, Aesthetics wasn’t crowned the winner, but we had a fantastic time nevertheless and had amazing feedback from our peers in the hairdressing industry.

Aesthetics Entry for Midlands Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards
By now you should know that we’ve been nominated for Midlands Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards. The most prestigous award in the hair industry this is the equivalent of the Oscars for hairdressers throughout the country and the entry process is split into two sections.
 The first saw us submit fourof the following images and compete with hundreds of top notch salons for a place in the finals.

Wow! Last night Aesthetics won the Redken NYC Colour Genius Hair Awards 2010.
It’s the third year in a row that we’ve won this award and so you can probably imagine that we’re smiling from ear to ear! It’s fantastic news and is another well-deserved (if I do say so myself) accolade under our belts and is testament to our ‘multi-award winning’ status.

Wooo Hoooo – we’ve won a place in the finals of the British Hairdresser of the Year!
We don’t want to blow our own trumpet, but the British Haidresser of the Year Awards (BHA) is the biggest, most important event in a hairdresser’s calendar and to win a place in the much coveted finals is simply amazing!
 We put a lot of thought, effort and hard work in to our entry for the Midland’s category and so it’s fantastic to know that it has all paid off.

Another win to add to our multi-award winning status!
What a fantastic month we’ve had winning a third award to add to our collection! Micaela, Lauren & Adrian competed in the Wella Trend Vision Awards 2010. Micaela entered her style in the Natures Goddess category and Lauren the Nomad Couture category and both got through to the regional finals, while Adrian entered and won the Midnight Stage category.

Aesthetics’  artistic team represented by Sam & Sian won the Redken NYC Hair Awards Color Genius 2010.
The team scooped the accolade for the regional Redken NYC Hair Awards at the NEC beating off competition from other salons across the region. It’s the third year running we’ve won the Redken award – just one of the testaments to show that we continue to be ahead of our game.
